Include Source language in sub-projectAny source language set in the main project is now automatically transferred to each sub-project, but it can be edited there if needed! Enhanced Search functionsIncluded the option of limiting the search to the already listed records (before: all in the database), or target it to those NOT listed. In "reversed search" you can find records NOT matching the entered criteria. In Project Management you can now search in sub-projects directly, e.g. to create reports on the quantity of words translated in a certain period and target language. Selection / highlighting records in listsUse the common Windows shortcuts (Shift + Click, Ctrl + Click) to hightlight several records. Currently selected records are now highlighted. Processing of Translator invoices improvedSub-project items now no longer disappear from the list after they have been calculated - only after the invoice item has been created. Create reminders for several outstanding invoicesA list in each client's profile shows a list of outstanding payments. Print this to MS Word using the reminder template in User Settings. Exporting dataExporting of all contact (address) information now has been centralized in a new "Communication" module (circulars etc.). Distribution lists can be saved for subsequent use. The "Export format" screens defining the field order are now located in this new module as well. Entry of field names enhanced. Appointments and Deadlines for the day on program startWith this option activated in User Settings, TOM will show the Daily Calender view each time you start the program. Start window: Open Offers / Tracking of unresponded offersSwitch between the Current Project view and Offer view in the Start screen. The Offer view will display unsent offers as well as such that have been unreplied to by the customer for a certain number of days, which you can define in user settings. OFFERS - MiscellaneousDuplicate single offer items. Shift offer folder to new project folder automatically. Go to client from offer.
