TOM Mail

TOM Mail is an optional module. The Standard program includes only the standard e-mailing function which uses your standard e-mail client to generate and send e-mail, but is not able to receive incoming traffic.

Main features:

TOM Mail basically functions like most other e-mail programs. It allows you to:

manage any number of e-mail accounts, signatures, folders and SPAM filter rules

define options such as max.download size, include names of attached files in message, autom.download/upload

forward, reply to, resend, archive and filter messages

to process incoming messages with only a few mouse clicks:

create projects and offers , optionally automatic creation of project / offer folder/s

automatic saving of e-mail attachments to those folders

create client / translator / general contact records

view related e-mail traffic in projects, offers, clients, etc.
