T.O.M. User Support

 

In case of any problems we will try to help promptly and in a non-bureaucratic manner. In many cases it may be good advice to send your questions to the tomsupport list (see below). In more specific cases a direct e-mail to info@jovo-soft.de will be appreciated. User support has so far been free and there are no plans to change this. Please support this concept by trying to solve difficulties on your own first (use Online help / Manual !) and then only contacting jovosoft.

 

Remote maintenance

We offer direct worldwide support via remote maintenance, where necessary. This allows for more complex troubleshooting or customising.

To stay informed about news and updates as well as other users' experiences and suggestions, simply join our English language mailing list. You will receive all mailings posted to the tomsupport list address, and all other participants will receive your own messages. To join please write an E-mail to the TOM support

 

Customizing

In some cases the standard T.O.M. application may not be entirely suitable to cover long-standing procedures and processes in your agency. Experience has shown that many custom functions can be developed parallel to the standard application and can be integrated into program updates at little cost. This means that custom solutions can be purchased and maintained at expenses comparable with those for standard sofware.
