Client module

Click on the  Clients   button in the main icon bar or on the Dashboard.


Use the Client module to manage:

Address and contact data
employee (contact) lists
prices and invoicing details
job specifications and other agreements
marketing details (distribution lists, circulars)
communication information (memos, documents)
correspondence (letter, fax, e-mail)
project overviews
data export


This information is managed in three screens primarily:

List View

Input/Edit window

Single/Detail View



Client Status

Prospect: Select when a non-client requests a quote.

Client: Automatically activated by TOM if nothing else is set.

Inactive: Set when you want to exclude a client from standard requests and from (dropdown) lists because there have not been any orders for a long time
