Sub-projects - Deadlines & Prices

Deadlines

The Client's deadline is copied from the main project but can of course be adapted so that each sub-project may be managed independently. TOM by default sets the translator deadline one day ahead of the client deadline.
Open delivery deadlines are automatically displayed in the deadline calendar.
TOM auto-enters a default time deadline in addition to the deadline which can be adapted in Program settings >Projects. An entry in the time field is mandatory.

Prices by language pair / General prices

Client language prices as well as translator and reviewer language prices are offered in dropdown lists. These lists depend on the entries in each partner's price chart for the current language pair (source-target language).
The price appearing on the right in the client's price section is drawn from the Articles list under Program settings >Sources.
Each business partner's general prices (minimum charge, hourly rate, or specific interpreting charges) are offered for with a click function to copy the respective price into the sub-project.
Varying currencies of business partners within a sub-project are accounted for in the calculation of "effective margin".
A "Booked" checkbox for translators and reviewers declares the translator/reviewer fee as booked e.g. after receiving the invoice from the translator), see Managing translator fees.
