Trados Studio Reports

It is important that the analysis format in TOM (definition and order of match categories), corresponds to the imported analysis format, and that the template  is assigned to the involved client and translator/reviewer. This is true especially for

- Crossfile repetitions and

- Locked Segments

as they are optional. I.e., if these categores are shown in the report generated from Studio they need to listed in the given TOM template as well..

TOM expects the standard Fuzzy Matches in exactly this order:

In the TM window individal xml report files can be imported, one per language pair  - while multiple analysis files can be imported in the course of new project input (SP-Assistant); the analyses in TOM are automatically created.
Important A valid path to the xslt stylesheet file, (e.g. import_Trados2014_AllIncl.xslt ) is required. Its location is in the \xslt folder, which is a sub-folder of the TOM Documents folder (Program settings >Forms)
Important  Both, Trados as well as Across, xml files use language codes, which TOM in turn uses in order to generate the TOM analysis and sub-project. For this to work these codes need to be recorded in the languages list under Program settings > Sources > Languages .

MemoQ / Across Reports

A separate licence is required for each TM system.

MemoQ and Across reports, other than Trados Studio reports, contain the TM results for all language pairs within a project. Therefore, they cannot be imported into a single sub-project. Instead, they can be imported within the context of the SP Assistant .
