Program Settings - Forms
The wording on invoives, quotes etc. can be freely customised in terms of the language used, and to some extent in terms of content as well.
You will find a list of language templates on the right of the Forms settings screen. These can be edited, copied (duplicated) or deleted as required. The templates can then be assigned to specific client and translator records and on the fly to specific processes like invoicing.
The following describes how to edit the form templates as part of the Program settings.

Text-formatting the labels
You can design text styles to specific portions on your forms, e.g. 'Bold' to column titles. After selecting the font, style and size of your choice click 'Apply' to activate the changes. (This need to activate changed settings does NOT apply to the formatting of sub-project data which is done automatically each time a form is printed.)
If you make changes to your form layouts using FileMaker Pro and you do NOT want the 'soft formatting' described here formats you can cancel this out by clicking "Custom format". Remember you have to again click 'Apply' after selecting that option !
Number & Date formatting
E.g. you want to use the decimal point in anglo-american languages. Make the relevant regional settings here.
Editing form labels (Invoice, Quote etc.)
You can edit the text labels on forms as well as assign styles to them. E.g. you may want to replace the term 'project' on your invoice with the term "language service", or create a new form in an entirely new language.
Please take into account the necessity of adding commas, colons or blanks as required, since the terms shown may be just the beginning of a longer phrase (e.g. "Translation " [XY])
