Use the Client module to manage:

Address and contact data
employee (contact) lists
prices and invoicing details
job specifications and other agreements
marketing details (distribution lists, circulars)
communication information (memos, documents)
correspondence (letter, fax, e-mail)
job overviews
data export


This information is managed in three screens primarily:

List View
Input/Edit window
Single/Detail View


Status: Client / Prospect

Select Prospect for non-clients when a company requests a quote.


Status: Inactive

Set to Inactive all clients that have not placed orders for a long time and that you want to exclude from standard requests and from (dropdown) lists.
