Job items - Special jobs and Invoice items

These two options in the job item window add flexibility to your job management.
Job items marked as 'Special job' are not shown on the invoice form and are not added to the invoice amount to be paid. However, all status messages are generated. Use this option to record and manage purely internal job items that are not to be communicated to the client.
Add as many 'invoice items' as you like (dispatch cost, certification fee etc.,) to your invoice by entering them as job items and marking them as Invoice items. This will suppress all status messages. The item appears on the invoice. Add any number of invoice items as required.
